The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station, making it easy to explore Hong Kong Island. It is also next to a bustling market, offering a glimpse into the everyday life of the locals. The rooms are of a reasonable size and offer a partial sea view, allowing guests to enjoy a glimpse of the beautiful surroundings. the room air-conditioning works well, ensuring a comfortable and noise-free sleep.

Cleanliness seems to be an issue at the hotel, with complaints about dirty carpets, unclean table tops, and even hairs found in the bathtub.

The hotel offered free cancellation, a major plus for me as I like to have flexibility in my travel plans. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to public transportation like the tram line, MRT station, and airport bus stop. It was also surrounded by a variety of good restaurants and small eateries, convenient for dining options. The hotel room was spacious and well-maintained, with daily cleaning and replenishment of toiletries and bottled water.

There was an incident where a cleaning staff entered our room unannounced in the middle of the night, quite alarming. Although the reception apologized and explained that it was a mistake, it was definitely an unpleasant experience.

Good room size for 2 adults + 1 kid, convenient location with 7-11 and food stores nearby, near wet market, 5 mins walk to N.Point MTR, proximity to transportation and Dings Dings Trams, 24-hour coin laundry shop nearby, wifi in the room, breakfast with a mixture of western and Chinese food, excellent coffee.

Can't fault anything about it.

The location was perfect, being close to the train station and subway. We found ourselves in a very traditional neighborhood, away from the protests. The staff were quick to respond to our requests and the hotel provided daily bottles of water.

The only minor issue was the firmness of the mattresses.

The neighborhood is the oldest part of Hong Kong and has a vibrant wet market nearby. the public transport options are plentiful, and the area is both beautiful and centrally located.

No disturbance from protests. Comfortable and well-priced hotel, definitely worth staying again. Good water pressure, hot water, and air-conditioning. Quiet room.
